Aadhaar is masked automatically before it's stored. Only the last 4 digits stay visible.
The alert carries a count, a code and a private link. No names, no ID numbers, no photos in the chat.

See it in one minute

From the Aadhaar photocopy file to a masked, police-ready register. Your desk stays the same.

  • Guests scan and snap their ID. The first 8 digits are hidden automatically.
  • An alert lands on your WhatsApp. Tap the link, download the masked copy, file it.
  • The register builds itself. Form C is filled in for foreign guests.

What the guest does at reception

All of it happens on the guest's own phone.

  1. Scan the QR on your desk

The phone camera opens your check-in page. There is nothing to install.

  2. Confirm their phone number

A one-time code arrives on WhatsApp.

  3. Upload their ID

A photo or a PDF, straight from the phone.

  4. Check the masked copy

The first 8 Aadhaar digits are hidden automatically before anything is stored. Only the last 4 stay visible.

  5. Arrive at your desk

The guest shows up on your screen and your reception number gets a WhatsApp alert.

  • Everyone in the party verifies, not only the person who booked.
  • Returning guests reuse their saved, masked documents for 12 months. They still confirm their phone each stay.
  • Guests can check in before they arrive. Send your link with the booking confirmation.
  • Foreign guests scan their passport. The Form C details are filled in for the hotel.

Let guests check in before they arrive

Send your check-in link with the booking confirmation. Guests verify everyone in the group from home or on the way, so arrival takes a minute: say the code, take the key.

  1. Share your link

Copy it from your desk and paste it into WhatsApp, SMS or your booking email. It's the same page the QR opens.

  2. Guests verify ahead

Phone code, ID photo and masking happen on their own phone, wherever they are.

  3. Arrival is instant

The check-in is already on your desk and WhatsApp. Match the code, assign a room, done.

No booking details to type in. Walk-ins still use the QR at your desk.

Keep your WhatsApp workflow

Verified guests arrive on the WhatsApp number you already use. Tap the link, download the masked Aadhaar and carry on as you do today. The dashboard is there when you want a register. You don't have to use it.

  1. An alert for every verified guest

The guest count, a check-in code and a private link, on your reception WhatsApp.

  2. Tap the link

See each guest's details and download the masked Aadhaar. No sign-in, no app.

  3. Open the desk when you need it

The register, Form C and exports are there when the police ask.

Guest IDs are encrypted, Aadhaar is masked

  • Masked before it is stored

Aadhaar is masked automatically before it's stored. Only the last 4 digits stay visible. The guest checks the masked copy and can hide anything that was missed.

  • Encrypted before it is stored

Guest details and ID documents are encrypted before they are stored. The keys are kept apart from the data, so a copy of our database or its backups can't be read. Daakhil staff could technically access guest data and only do so to operate the service or when the law requires it.

  • No unmasked photocopies

No Aadhaar photocopies in a drawer. Staff only ever see the masked copy, and get a watermarked file only when they choose to download one.

  • Deleted on schedule

Records are deleted automatically after your retention period. The default is 1 year.

One guest record as our database stores it. Without the encryption key, which is kept apart from the data, it reads as noise. Daakhil staff could technically access guest data and only do so to operate the service or when the law requires it.
